Will it fit a well-travelled passport with extra visa pages?

Yes. The sleeve is 100 x 140 mm against the 88 x 125 mm ICAO TD3 booklet standard, which leaves 12 mm of width and 15 mm of height spare. That margin is there specifically so a thick, well-stamped book still slides in without forcing the cover.

How do I know the RFID blocking is actually working?

Test it yourself in five seconds. Put a contactless bank card in the sleeve and hold it against any tap-to-pay terminal. The terminal should stay asleep. Remove the card, tap again, and it wakes up. Same card, same terminal, one variable changed.

Does it fit passports issued outside the United States?

It fits any booklet built to the ICAO Doc 9303 TD3 standard, which covers US, UK, EU and Schengen, Canadian, Indian, Japanese and Australian passports among others. A small number of older or diplomatic issues fall outside that standard.

Will it make my travel wallet or jacket pocket bulky?

No. It is a thin laminated sleeve, not a rigid cover, and it adds almost nothing to the thickness of the passport itself. It sits flat inside a travel wallet, a passport organiser, a money belt or an inside jacket pocket.
