Lasted one year before the zipper ripped and broke. About few months before the leather strap ripped on one of the zippers so I velcroed it in a different way just to still have a strap to grab (see photo). It is definitely waterproof. However trying to reach out to customer service for my (2years) warranty consultation or possible replacement is a huge pain.

    Perfect size for European airlines, slick and looks good

    I bought this mainly because the dimensions closely match the Lufthansa personal item dimensions and because it doesn’t waste space with pointless organizers that go unused. When I first got it it didn’t look like much but I was able to pack a lot into it (note that it may exceed the aforementioned dimensions when super packed) and the zippers held up. It is a little hard to zip, especially the smaller pocket if you unzip all 3 sides, which almost made me return it but I think it works as a sort of security feature and it probably reflects the ruggedness of the zipper. I kept packing more and more stuff into it on my trip and it held up. I really like the slick texture and appearance. And since it is still compact, even when you pack it, it’s pretty light. Also the small pocket does fit a Bose headphones case with room to spare.

    Pros: It looks really sleek, and it’s high quality. I love how it looks. I wanted a bag that didn’t get wrinkled after you bought it and this is it! It hold my 15” Mac book pro perfectly.

    Cons: There are only 2 pockets. Theres a laptop pocket in the big pocket, but outside of that, there’s no other organization. I purchased organizers to fit inside of here and it does an okay job, but it’s not as good as having a more utility backpack.
