Why is my power bank providing fewer charges than expected?
The capacity reduction during charging is due to a 35% to 45% energy loss in the battery cells and conversion circuitry. Therefore, a fully charged Anker 737 Power Bank (PowerCore 24K) offers an estimated 6,600mAh~7,800mAh to power devices.
Is it normal for the power bank or connected devices to feel warm during charging?
Yes. It is normal for devices to generate heat during charging, especially when using your phone for gaming or video streaming. Use the product in a cool, well -ventilated place (32 – 77°F / 0 – 25°C) and pause use of devices that are charging.
Why doesn’t my Powerbank charge my device at the expected wattage?
Charging speed is determined by your device. Each device has a max input limit, and charging power decreases as the battery fills. A 60W cable limits charging to 60W, so use the included 240W cable. High temperatures may also reduce charging speed.
Is the power bank allowed on flights?
Yes, this power bank is flight-approved and complies with air travel regulations in the United Sates and most countries. However, it does not have China’s 3C certification and cannot be carried on domestic flights within China.
Why does USB-A port show 0.1W output when the power bank is not connected to any device?
1. Even if the device is unplugged when charging with USB-A, it will continue to output a small current to prevent the device from being fully charged, and it will last for about 2 minutes.
2. In trickle-charging mode, the output of USB-A is 0.1W.
