Does our luggage use all-aluminum construction?
No. It uses premium PC with an aluminum frame — lightweight yet strong. Features aluminum corner guards and a telescopic handle for better impact resistance and durability, without the extra weight of a full-aluminum case.
How to set the code for first use?
Default code is 0-0-0. Flip reset button from “OFF” to “SET”. Choose your own combination (e.g：0-0-8). Then flip reset button back to “OFF”. Done.
Is it normal for the handle to feel a bit loose?
Yes, that’s intentional. Slight movement improves durability by letting the handle adapt to temperature changes and side pressure during travel. If too tight, it could get stuck or break over time, so this small flexibility is a good thing.
Does the lock come with a key?
No key included. It has a standard TSA-approved lock. TSA agents can open it with a special tool if needed, while you set your own combination for daily use. This offers both security and travel convenience.
